H+ App offered a one-stop home care life solution, including two main functions of renting and after-sales service.Through the app, users can submit their rental plan; order door-to-door services such as repairs and replacements, and apply for lease renewal and termination during the usage phase.
01 Rental
The H+ App will intelligently analyze the conditions of the patients and houses you fill in, and provide you with a personalized rental plan that is more suitable for you. At the same time, through the AR tool, you can check the actual placement of H+ products in the space, and choose your favorite color.
02 Service
During the rental period, any problems about the products can be reported to the H+ technical team through the app, and H+ will arrange for professional staff to come to repair or replace the elements according to the appointment time. It is also easy to extend or end the rental through the App, avoiding complicated procedures.

On the profile page, you can view all personal information, including payment methods, order details, and appointment information. You can also conduct online consultation with H+'s assistant through the app.
